Types of boilers we fit

• All 'A' rated (highest standard of efficiency)
     
• Condensing Boilers AKA Energy-Saving boilers. Unlike standard boilers, a condensing boiler is a high efficiency boiler that extracts most of its heat from flue gases. Therefore very little heat is wasted through the flue saving money on your heating.
• As from 1st April 2005 99.9% boilers have to be high efficiency boilers e.g Condensing boilers and be registered with Corgi and Building Control.
• All Boilers we fit are registered with Corgi, building control and the manufactures warranty.
  
  

Condensing Combination Boilers

Combi boilers produce an immediate supply of hot water any time of the day or night i.e. the system does not store hot water, but rather heats water as you use it. A combination boiler has no cylinder, tank or connecting pipe work, so it reduces your hot water costs and saves space in your home.

• Generally we recommend Potterton for their standard HE condensing boiler (the promax range) and for condensing combination boilers either the Gloworm (the ultracom range) or the Potterton promax Combi range.
    
• But we can fit any boiler on request.

After every boiler install we:

• Carry out full Corgi gas soundness and let by tests with a digital analyser, giving a printed test result certificate if needed.
    
• Commission our boilers checking flue gasses and differential temperatures for safety using digital flue gas analysers, giving a printed test result certificate if needed.
   
• Fully balance the system

• All installations are registered with Corgi and building regs, on completion and Corgi installation certificates issued. 
    
• Carry out full Carbon Monoxide room test on completion with digital analyser, giving a printed test result certificate if needed.

Gas safety certificates and landlord gas safety certificates are available if needed.
